The price depends on the type, size and complexity, and is set up front based on your IKEA planner or order — no hourly rate. As a guide (incl. VAT): a standard PAX has a fixed guide price from €249, a complete kitchen assembly from approx. €999, and large or complex kitchens rise to approx. €2.999+ or are quoted to measure. Share your design and you receive a non-binding exact fixed quote up front.

A fixed price means you know exactly what you pay. If the job takes longer than expected (unforeseen wall or plumbing issues), that risk is on us, not you. With an hourly rate, you pay for those extra hours.

Yes, all quoted prices include 21% VAT. On request we send a business-formatted invoice for individuals or companies.

After completion via bank transfer or iDEAL based on the invoice. No deposit for standard jobs; large kitchen projects may require a deposit — this is explicitly stated in the quote.

Most jobs are scheduled within 48 hours. During peak periods (weekends, holidays) it can take a bit longer.

We work from Amsterdam across the whole Randstad: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Haarlem, Almere, Zaandam, Delft, Purmerend and surroundings. For Eindhoven and beyond a travel surcharge may apply — request a quote to confirm.

Yes, by agreement we also work evenings and weekends. Some time slots carry a small surcharge.

We schedule the assembly only after you confirm the IKEA delivery has arrived. If IKEA is late on the day itself, we reschedule at no extra cost to the next available slot.

Rough guide: PAX 2-4 hours, bathroom vanity 2-3 hours, BILLY/KALLAX 1-3 hours, complete METOD kitchen 4-8 hours. Larger or complex jobs can take longer — we flag this in the quote.

It is convenient to be present at start and hand-over (or someone on your behalf with the keys). During the actual assembly you do not need to stay.

We leave your home clean and stack the cardboard neatly. Full disposal to the recycling centre is a separate option on request (small surcharge for transport).

Yes, anti-tip is mandatory for tall cabinets (PAX, BILLY, HEMNES) and we always fit it. We inspect the wall type (brick, plasterboard, aerated concrete) beforehand and use the correct plugs.

Our focus is IKEA, where we are fastest. Similar flat-pack furniture (Leen Bakker, Kwantum, HEMA) we do on request — send a quote request with photos of the manual.

Kitchen assembly (frames, doors, worktop, connecting the sink and tap to existing plumbing) is us. Installing new water lines or gas connections requires a certified plumber/installer — we can recommend one on request.

We work carefully, but if something is damaged (e.g. a door frame, laminate), we discuss it with you on the spot and find a solution together.

IKEA manufacturing defects or missing parts go through IKEA customer service — you usually get a replacement within a few days. We assemble what we can and come back at no cost for the missing part, provided within two weeks.

On our assembly work we offer a 12-month warranty for visible defects caused by installation (e.g. door misalignment, loose screws). IKEA's own manufacturing warranty on the product remains in place alongside this.
